About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in schools and our pediatric clinics. Full-time positions typically combine both settings, while part-time opportunities are available based on therapist preference and need.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
• Conduct standardized testing and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide therapy in schools through different models (1:1, small group, integrated therapy, etc.)
• Use assistive technology to support student communication
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure progress
• Maintain documentation, billing, and timely re-evaluations
• Attend quarterly speech-language team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State (IL) SLP-CCC licensure (CFYs welcome!)
• Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License)
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Availability for some afternoon and early evening hours
