Pippa is a four-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, who – along with her favorite person Ms. Kathy – has started visiting the St. Charles clinic. Registered through Therapy Dogs International, Pippa is meeting and matching with CTS clients to see if her services might be helpful during therapy.
Some of the many benefits of Pippa include: increased participation, eliciting functional communication,
facilitating self-regulation, helping with transitions, providing comfort, and the adorable fact that she looks like she is always smiling.
